Blog-O-Sphere Roll Call

Just wanted to share my favorite blog reading at the moment.

Heidiluxe- Sarcasm, parenting, fashion, running, random musings. Check, check, check- you get the picture. I can't wait to open my blog roll and see what she posts next.  And I can't wait to meet her in person.  My alter-ego.  You will love her.

Find Your Fashion, Steal My Style- This is my girlfriend Kara. She started a blog a while back, and I missed her posts so much I asked her to get back into it, and keep writing. She has put up some great posts, and I think you all would love her.  She is the total package- wife, mommy, humanitarian, nurse, beauty, and best of all, she loves God.  I have learned so much doing Bible Study with her and have been so thankful for her friendship.

Susan's Coffee Chronicles- My friend Susan has been stepping up her fashion game BIG-time.  She is another who started a blog a while back, then didn't post very often. I also encouraged her to keep writing. She is a gifted writer, and is also a mom, Navy wife, homemaker, coffee drinker (YAY!), excellent cook and a Bible Study friend. She coordinates and sets up our snack and coffee station every week. You think that isn't important, watch everyone the week she isn't there! Utter chaos. :)  Check her out, and encourage her in her home re-do and fashion updates.

She Hath Done What She Could- Peggy first posted on my blog back in September after I had run the Rock N Roll 1/2 marathon, and I had to laugh, b/c she thought TJ and Cory were my brothers, not my kids.  We have written back and forth to each other regularly ever since, even corresponding on a personal level through phone calls, texting, email, and chat.  It is amazing to have a friend all the way on the opposite coast of the U.S.!  I have loved getting to know Peggy, and look so forward to the day we meet in person. Peggy loves Anthropologie as much as I do, and is also a bargain shopper!

Behind The Dressing Room Door- Liz puts together the nicest Anthropologie blog, including an Exchange system for buying and selling Anthro pieces. It is full of Polyvore ideas, Anthro fitting room reviews, OOTD's and helpful information.  If you are looking for a good deal on a piece you missed out on, check her out. (Susan- you might find some cute blazers there.)

Musings On The Mountain- I love this blog. She is a school teacher, with great style. (I sure didn't have any teachers as cute as she!)  I love to see what she is putting together, and read about her fitness, skin care, teaching posts as well.

These are all small-level blogs. None have hit the big-time and gotten all fancy and to-big-for-their-britches (as my Papa used to say), real people who just share their lives and interests.  Hope you find one you love too! Enjoy!

  3. Awwww....thanks Debra!! I was so excited to see my blog in your list. You're the best. (and thanks for the reminder that I need to coordinate someone to set up the coffee table next week!) Funny that you put a note on Liz's blog. As I read your synopsis, I was thinking "I need to follow her blog!" I'm already following the others. :)
