Hate to beat a dead horse here, but have I mentioned how much I love running?
Yes?
Well, I am going to tell you again. I took up running seriously about a year ago last month. And I have become addicted. It is hard work, but so worth it. I have given up having nice toes permanently. Any pedi I have is going to be rubbed off in a matter of a day or two, but it is still worth it.
Why run? Well, obviously it will burn calories (yay!), but for me the bigger benefit is the mental (and this is all relative) stability. I feel free in my mind when I am running. I feel closer to God. I feel like a better mother and a better wife. I know that I am relieving stress, and clearing the air in my head.
Which leads me to my OOTD from yesterday. I did a little running around during the day yesterday, but my OOTD was nothing to write home about....
My running clothes were much more interesting. My BFF Freda gave me this running shirt, and if any of you remember, I have told you I have the sense of humor of a teenaged boy, so I think it is hilarious. Especially since Freda is the most conservative girl EVER. I thought you might enjoy it too.

Isn't that funny? No? Well I think it is. Don't say I didn't warn you about my sense of humor. And yes, I am standing INSIDE my closet. It was the best way I could think of to take it.
Here is my OOTD from this morning. I met at Starbucks with a sweet girl from Bible Study. It was so nice to get to know her a little better. Then I came home and switched out to a pair of casual pants and a sweater to clean and pack some more. I got my hall pantry cleaned out and packed up, then started on my glass shelves in the kitchen and two of the kitchen cabinets. Tonight we have a dinner with some associates, which I forgot about, so I will need to get re-dressed. Ooops!
